Dr. Hasan’s services are out-of-network (the only exception is traditional (straight) Medicare, which we accept). If you have any other insurance, payment is due at the time of your visit. We provide an itemized receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits. For any questions about our fees, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Lab tests and imaging are billed to your insurance, just like with any in-network doctor.
